"Derbados" is a word Derby locals use to describe the city of Derby, UK. It is a portmanteau of Derby and Barbados. Unlike the beautiful island country "Barbados", Derby is one of the most landlocked cities in the UK. So it couldn't be any further from the ocean, or any different from Barbados, hence the parody of the name.
